1. Who handles your material.

Chenice Pope personally provides this review service. The reference to Cern Aliud describes its guiding concept, not a separate organisation. Chenice is the person who receives your enquiry, examines your submission and prepares the review.

Your submitted material and the content of your discussion are treated as confidential. Chenice does not outsource your review, circulate the material to other reviewers or publish it as a demonstration of her work.

2. Declaration about AI.

Client material is never submitted to AI tools as part of this service.

Chenice personally examines the work and prepares the observations. AI tools are not used to analyse your submission, generate its review, rewrite client material, transcribe your discussion or create an automated meeting summary.

Client material is not provided for AI training. Your use of tools in preparing your own work does not change this commitment about how Chenice conducts the review.

3. Information used during the service.

An initial enquiry may include your contact details, the type and length of the material, its purpose, audience, deadline and the package you are considering. A general description is sufficient at this stage.

During an agreed booking, the information needed to provide the service may include your completed Client Brief, signed agreement, submitted files, contextual explanations, booking correspondence, payment confirmation, review notes and delivered feedback. The purpose is to confirm the arrangement, examine the work, communicate with you and deliver the agreed service.

Only provide information that is necessary. Do not send confidential or restricted material that you are not authorised to share. Where a document contains information about someone else, consider whether those details can be removed without affecting the review.

4. Submission and working storage.

The submission channel is agreed privately with Chenice. This website does not accept file uploads and the Client Brief is not completed through a public website form. Email and WhatsApp can be used to make initial contact, but sensitive material should not be sent until its handling has been discussed.

Working copies of the material, correspondence and review records are kept only as needed while the service is being carried out. Chenice uses the agreed communication channel and her working files for that purpose. A particular cloud storage service, encryption standard or certified security system is not represented as part of the service.

Discuss any special confidentiality, access or storage requirement before submitting material. Do not assume that ordinary email or messaging is suitable for a restricted or regulated document.

5. Communication and service providers.

Only Chenice undertakes the substantive examination of your work. That does not mean that the technology used to communicate, hold or transmit information operates without service providers.

Email is available through the email link on this website. WhatsApp is an enquiry channel. Zoom is the usual meeting method, subject to what is agreed. Online bank transfer is the standard way to pay. These providers may process the messages, files, call information or transaction records necessary to provide their respective services.

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as an internet address and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. That is separate from the review material you send to Chenice.

These providers have their own privacy practices and retention arrangements. Chenice cannot promise to erase records independently held by a bank, messaging provider, meeting provider, email provider, hosting provider or by you. The statement that Chenice alone reviews your work refers to the personal delivery of the review, not a claim that communication systems have no technical access.

6. Retention and deletion after completion.

The signed agreement is retained after completion as the contractual record of the service, including the agreed payment terms and the commitments made by both parties.

The Client Brief, submitted material, working notes, correspondence and retained copies of the feedback held by Chenice for the review are deleted once the agreed service is completed. The Client Brief is not retained because it contains the client's personal written information about the work. Feedback that is part of your package is delivered to you. You should retain your own copy before the service is closed.

For Written Review, completion means delivery of the agreed written findings. For Review Discussion, it means completion of the agreed session. For a full review, it means completion of the discussion and delivery of its written feedback. Where extra work has been separately agreed, its completion forms part of the arrangement.

The deletion commitment applies to records under Chenice's control. It is not a guarantee that every copy or technical record has disappeared from all provider systems, backups, banking records or a recipient's account. A copy delivered to you remains subject to your own storage and sharing decisions.

A later request for another review requires a new agreement and, where necessary, a fresh submission. There is no promise that deleted material or previous feedback can be recovered.

7. Questions or deletion requests before completion.

Send an email to discuss your information or request deletion before the agreed service is complete. Explain the booking and the information concerned without including unnecessary sensitive details.

Chenice may need to confirm that the request relates to your own material. Deleting material that is still needed may prevent the review from continuing. Any resulting cancellation or change of scope is discussed under your booking agreement rather than treated as an automatic refund.

If you decide not to proceed after an initial enquiry, you may ask Chenice to delete the enquiry information she holds.

8. Disclosure, recording and public use.

Client material is not shared for publicity, demonstrations, testimonials or portfolio content. It is not sold or made available to another reviewer. Feedback is shared with you as the client as part of the agreed service.

Disclosure to another person would require your permission, apart from a legal requirement or the involvement of a necessary service provider in transmitting, storing or delivering the service. An absolute promise that information could never be disclosed in any circumstance is not made.

Sessions are not recorded unless both parties expressly agree in writing beforehand. Review Discussion does not include a recording as a deliverable. Do not invite an additional participant or make a recording without discussing it first. AI transcription and automated meeting summaries are not part of the service.

9. What this website does and does not collect.

The optional enquiry fields assemble a message in your browser. There is no website form submission, file upload, online payment, account or database storing your entries. The website does not store the enquiry details you enter or use them for analytics or advertising. Its enquiry and question search features do not use cookies or persistent browser storage.

Selecting WhatsApp or email passes the prepared text to your chosen service so that you can check it and decide whether to send it. A WhatsApp message link includes the prepared text in its destination address. Do not put confidential information in those fields. Once you open an external service, its own handling of information applies.

Copying a prepared message uses your device's clipboard. You control where you paste or send it. The question search operates in your browser and does not send the search text to Chenice.

The absence of tracking code in the website does not remove technical processing by the host or records kept by your browser and device. External services linked from the site are not operated by Chenice.

10. Ownership and the limits of confidentiality.

You retain ownership of your submitted material. Chenice retains ownership of her review wording, templates and methods, while allowing you to use the delivered feedback for your own work. The service does not transfer ownership of your original material to Chenice.

No website, email service or messaging channel can promise absolute security. The service does not advertise a certified secure document environment or a guarantee against every unauthorised access, provider failure or accidental disclosure.

Raise particular confidentiality requirements before booking. A separate confidentiality arrangement can be discussed, but it is not automatically included or assumed to override the practical limits of the systems used.

11. Contact about privacy.

Questions about confidentiality, submission, AI use or deletion should be raised before material is sent. Contact Chenice by Send an email (popechenice@gmail.com) or through WhatsApp.
